150g Mushrooms boiled in 1L water with 10ml of soy sauce then smoked for 3 hours in a cold smoker. Infused in JWB for 6 hours 400g Blueberries heated with sugar 500ml of tea added to syrup lemons freshly juiced Auld Man's milk (4 egg yolks whisked with sugar and almond milk then gently simmered with cinnamon and nutmeg for 30 minutes Egg white foam (3 egg whites, 150ml water, double charged) Mushroom Powder ( 150g of mushrooms dehydrated then blended and passed.
