45ml Johnnie Walker Black Label 20ml Riesling Wahau Smaragd 2012 2 Dashes Heart & Soul Bitters All ingredients(except cedar smoke)vacuum seal and cook sous vide in temperature 45 celsius degrees for 7 hour. Leave in bag for 2 weeks in dark place, room temperature. Strain for cheesecloth and smoke for 10 minutes using cedar wood. Smoke using smoking gun. Leave for 24 hours. All ingredients poured into the glass and stirred very well. Serve over ice block.
