Preparation Method: Dry shake the smoked cream, then shake all ingredients with ice- without soda 30 ml of smoked cream 30 % of Fat 25 ml of fresh pineapple juice 20 ml of caramelised pineapple syrup with sea salt 40 ml Whisky Johnnie Walker Black Label Top up the smoked soda Bear 40 ml Put the ice cubes into a tall glass. Pour 30 ml of smoked cold cream in a shaker and shake it well without ice to beat it better. Then pour the remaining ingredients into the shaker without soda, and add ice cubes and shake everything very well with ice. After that strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Top up the cocktail with soda from smoked Grodzisk beer. Mix everything with a bartending spoon. Garnish with two pineapple leaves and a one piece of caramelized pineapple.
