He’s mastered cocktails at London’s Milk & Honey and managed their member lodge in Chamonix, he’s done time at some of New York’s premier cocktail bars and was the UK’s ‘Bartender of the Year’ in 2009. Tim now hones his trade at Hemmesphere in the heart of Sydney, a venue regarded as one of Australia’s leading cocktail institutions.
He has been consistently acknowledged as one of the most prodigious bartenders to ever come from the land down under. He went five places better in Rio this year and took the global crown home to Australia.
