In 2010, Marian moved to Cologne and he spent the next five years learning how to be a great bartender at the highly regarded Shake Kings. As World Class loomed he admits he dedicated himself to “a very intense research and preparation period. During this time I dug deep into the world of spirits”. Marian expects “to become far better at what I do thanks to the World Class experience”, and we can certainly expect technical excellence and a rigorous approach in South Africa.
