Interesting flavours, creativity and the social side are what drew James to bartending initially. He has worked in London, Malaysia and Japan – enjoying the Southeast Asian culture, lifestyle and flavours. James is currently a beverage manager, helping to operate a handful of restaurant bar and hopes to open a cafe & bar of his own in Hong Kong.
