Gabriel is exceptionally passionate about the hospitality industry, having studied in gastronomy and hospitality management schools in Sao Paulo, Geneva and New Orleans. He enjoys the contact with guests and back in Geneva he bartended at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, progressing to supervisor and assistant bar manager. Gabriel’s since worked in a new restaurant and cocktail bar called Tartares & co, but you can now find him behind the bar at Bistrot 23.
