Josephine started working in a bar ten years ago as a bar back, but had no idea what she was doing other than knowing that she wanted to learn more about what it takes to be a bartender. Eventually, she took the plunge and gets excited about flavors and the role of sustainability in bartending. Josephine is inspired by those around her who have developed great expertise and skills in the field. She dreams of having a better world where she contributes to taking care of our planet and our future.
