Silviu has been in the bartending industry for over 7 years. He threw himself into every position that bars offered him, moving from bar back to bartender, then head bartender to bar manager. After taking on the bar manager position, he realised his true love is working behind the bar at Charlie Whisky Pub! Silviu enjoys crafting simple cocktails that have few ingredients but are very complex in flavour profile.
