Vainius began his journey into bartending in smaller venues, before moving to Holland and getting the opportunity to work in a Michelin star restaurant. Here, he collaborated Sergio Herman and Syrco Bakker who inspired him to focus on details and flavors. Vainius later moved back to his hometown and can now be found shaking up cocktails in Apoteka Cocktail Bar. He has a particular interest in changing up the drinking habits in his home country and encourage consuming less but higher quality serves.
