For as long as he can remember, Marco has always been fascinated by flavour and the world of gastronomy. He fell in love with mixology after travelling to Germany, where he tried his hand at co-creating cocktail menus before venturing on to manage the beverage programme at a hotel in the vibrant Playa del Carmen. At the invitation of the famous Fifty Mils bar (headed up by industry heavyweight, Mica Rousseau) Marco returned to his native Mexico in 2016 where he continues to work every day to create unforgettable experiences for his customers.
